Quoted prices include the services listed on your itinerary. Additional upgrades, fuel, tolls, or third-party surcharges will be billed separately. Deposits are due upon confirmation and remaining balances must be paid before ticketing or vehicle pick-up.
Airline, hotel, and rental car partners maintain their own change and cancel rules. We will communicate penalties prior to confirming adjustments. No-shows or last-minute changes may result in forfeited payments.
Rented vehicles must be operated by licensed drivers specified on the rental agreement. Off-road driving, commercial passenger transport, or towing is prohibited unless pre-approved in writing. Renter is responsible for traffic violations and parking fees.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and collision insurance. The Rare Fare acts as an agent for travel suppliers and is not liable for delays, natural events, or supplier insolvency. Your sole remedy is with the supplier providing the service.
Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, driver permits, and vaccination records required by the destination. Failure to obtain documentation is not grounds for a refund.
Personal information is used only to fulfill travel arrangements, provide support, and share marketing offers when you opt in. We never sell data to third parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
